Welcome to Colorado Springs, Colorado's second-largest city, founded in 1871 by General William Jackson Palmer.  Under our clear blue sky, you stand at 6,035 feet above sea level, looking at the mountain range that inspired Katharine Lee Bates to write 'America the Beautiful.'  Our historical city still revels in that which made us famous - the Broadmoor Hotel, the coal train, Pikes Peak, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, caves, and the great outdoors.  With over 300 days of sunshine a year, and a sky unlike any blue sky you've ever seen, this city is a place over 604,000 people call home. Here, the spirit of the west blends with all the adventures of a city.

Parks and Recreation

Hiking and mountain biking are two ways Colorado Springs real estate buyers have unprecedented access to the outdoors. Garden of the Gods, Ute Valley Park, Cheyenne Mountain State Park, and Cheyenne Canyon contain numerous hiking paths, bike paths, and horse trails.  Burn calories on the recently opened Incline, the 3.7m loop which ascends 2000 vertical feet climbing 4123 abandoned railroad ties. You'll understand why Colorado Springs was voted "most fit city!"

During infrequent rainy days, spend quality time at the Pioneer Museum, the Ice Skating Hall of Fame, the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, or the Mining Museum. Skate where the champions train at the World Arena, home of the Broadmoor Skating Club.

Living

Every neighborhood is bursting with it's own personality. Whether you crave downtown lofts and Victorian homes, mountainside living with the wildlife, mountain views from the plains, or forested acreage in Black Forest, Colorado Springs real estate has everything.  And more.
