Tenants

Broadmoor Bluffs Realty strives to make the rental experience a great experience for both tenants and landlords.  We offer quality homes with landlords that take care of them.  We have high expectations for our tenants, beginning with the application process.  Our standards for approval include a credit score greater than 640 for each adult, a combined gross salary of at least two times the rent amount, and positive references (including from past landlords).  We have a very strict pet policy, and do not accept cats in most of the properties.  Please review the rental advertisement closely if you have pets.
